Domaine Serol is situated in the little known Cote Roannaise in the Loire valley. This fine Rose as made by the saignee method involving whole bunch fermentation. Based on Pinot Noir, this vinous Champagne has a savoury red fruit character and saline minerality, making it an ideal partner for Salmon or Tuna.
