Chef Director, Tim Hughes, and Head Chef, David McCarthy, create seasonal menus especially for the Private Room that highlight the best of each season's produce.

We ask that your party all dines from the same menu and we are happy to accomodate specific dietary requirements or suggest alternative dishes to those featured in the seasonal menus, should you require.
