Saumur Blanc Cave de Saumur  2009
The Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg cooperative in Saumur has been critical in augmenting the appellation's success with its 200+ members producing about 30% of the regional production. The wine undergoes a thoroughly modern vinification in large thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, prior to filtration and bottling. It is fresh and zesty, with hints of apple and pear and an ideal accompaniment for oysters and other cruastacea.

Condrieu 2007 Christophe Pichon
Condrieu produces the world's finest Viognier. Christophe Pichon works just 4 hectares on dramatically steep hillside vineyards of Chavanay. A beautifully handled elevage helps retain freshness and the granite, mica soil gives this apricot and peach rich Viognier an added complexity.

Sylvaner 2008 Joseph Cattin
Soft, with ripe, creamy, mineral and earthy fruit. Fresh with good balance of ripe fruit and rounded fruit flavours.

Gewurztraminer 2005 Grand Cru Saering, Dirler-Cade
A classy grand cru Gew?miner from Dirler-Cade in Colmar. This is full of flavour: jasmine, orange peel and cumin notes combine. Wonderful intensity and great acidity. A winner with griddled tiger prawns and chilli and mango salsa.

Petit Chablis 2008 Chaude Ecuelle
Proprietor Gerald Vilain's wines were recommended to us by the great Bernard Raveneau and the wines are of impeccable quality. Gerald's Petit Chablis is from 50 year old vines on a small plateau above Grand Cru Le Clos, giving it real complexity.

St. Véran Tradition 2008 Domaine des Deux Roches
Domaine des Deux Roches is one of the most respected wine estates in the Maconnais district of Burgundy. This is from the commune of Davaye the best part of the appellation. This wine is vinified and aged in stainless steel and is a rich, pure expression of Chardonnay.

Rully Blanc 2007 Jean-Yves Devevey
This is quite full-bodied for a Rully but with finesse, precision and a persistent finish. This is a very well made wine and would wonderfully accompany a variety of seafood.

Pouilly-Fuissé 2008 Courtelongs, Saumaize-Michelin
Succulent, ripe nose of creamy vanilla and pineapples. Rounded and generous palate, offering ripe grapefruits and lemon rind. A judicious use of oak brings depth, texture and nutty characters and helps with the soft finish. A delightful wine that is perfect match for seafood, fish and white meat.
