Roederer has gained a reputation for quality and consistency brought about by the access to their extensive vineyard holding. Brut Premier is the embodiment of the Roederer style offering a fresh and fruity wine coupled with the maturity of luxurious reserve wines and a lengthy ageing period. Beautifully versatile as an aperitif or throughout a meal.

Bertrand Gautherot has just 4.5hc of vines in the Aube Valley. His viticulture is certified bio-dynamic. Yields are tiny and all the wines are aged in new to 8 year old barrels. This fine Rose as made by the saignee method involving whole bunch fermentation. Based on Pinot Noir, this vinous Champagne has a savoury red fruit character and saline minerality, making it an ideal partner for Salmon or Tuna.
