Verdejo Rueda Blanco 2010 Bodegas Pascual
From north-west Spain's Rueda DO, this delicious varietal Verdejo is a great match for many shellfish, but especially oysters. Bodegas Pascual are excellent exponents of both this grape variety and Albarino, both are produced from well tended vineyards with very low yields.

Sauvignon Bianco 2010 Pojer & Sandri, Alto Adige
Flavourful and intense on the palate, with crisp acidity providing a clean finish. This Sauvignon pairs well with an array of seafood and shellfish and also works well as an aperitif. Pojer e Sandri is located outside the alpine village of Faedo between the Adige River and the Cembra Valley and are one of the Trentino region's best producers.
